A portrait of a Mandari woman kneeling in the shade of a hut, holding a pipe and a piece of cloth in her hand. 
She is wearing a paisley pattern printed waist cloth as well as several strings of beads around the neck, with coin pendants. 
The hut is surrounded by ripening crops.
