Description:
A number of tall shelters made from river plants at a Mandari cattle camp close to the Nile, where permanent water was accessed for cattle during the dry season.
Calves are visible tethered in the foreground, with some men beyond.
Near to the closest shelter is a notched pole with a number of tethering ropes loosely piled around it, a small shrine to spirits.
