Description:
A distant view of a cluster of huts comprising a cattle camp, seen across a wide expanse of treeless grass savannah in western Nuerland.
Dry season camps in western Nuerland were often formed close to pools and other more permanent water sources, whereas in eastern Nuerland large rivers such as the Sobat and Nyanding were favoured.
