Description:
A three-quarter length portrait of a woman with keloid patterns on her abdomen, wearing a textile apron or skirt and a headscarf, her arm linked with a girl.
This image is linked with another, probably depicting a Mangbetu woman, and so was probably taken on a short journey into the Congo.
