Description:
Young women in dance gear posed for the camera at a dance occasion, holding dance sticks and wearing elaborate rem beads gifted to them by male admirers.
They also have shaven temples and the girl to the left has painted around her mouth.
Other dancing youths can be seen beyond.
Dances were frequent events, which provided the main opportunity for youths and girls to socialise together.
