Description:
Two boys with sticks leading goats near a stony path.
Predominantly pastoral, the Ingessana kept their herds of cattle, sheep and goats at grazing grounds often large distances (Evans-Pritchard estimates up to 3 or 4 hours) from their hill habitations, but kept pigs in the villages.
