Description:
Two European, probably English, women (one of whom is called Jeannie) sit on a boulder in the forground with a dog. Beyond are a number of large step-thatched huts, both round and rectilinear, almost certainly built from local materials and with local labour for colonial occupancy. The location and context of this settlement is unclear.
