Description:
A youth dressed in European shorts and vests dance to the accompaniment of clapping by young women and other youths sitting in a semi-circle around them, a stringed instrument with box resonator resting on the ground. Two youths to the left of frame are wearing sunglasses, and the youth dancing seems to be wearing a tam-o'-shanter with a feather plume. This group seem to be associated with a mission or other colonial establishment, the brick building of which can be seen behind them in another image.
