Description:
Young women and youths moving and dancing past the camera at an occasion. Dances were frequent events, which provided the main opportunity for youths and girls to socialise together. The shadows in the foreground show that Jean Buxton is being flanked by two other figures watching the dance, one apparently wearing a European hat.
