Description:
A group of Mandari children. A girl is wearing a waist string with a fringe of ?leather pieces hanging down from metal links and is holding a gourd on her head. In front of her is a small boy with distended stomach carrying a baby on his back in a sling. An older boy, also with a distended stomach, sits on a rock above them watching. It is likely that these children are quite malnourished judging from their stomach distension.
