A man with a spear tucked under his right arm holds aloft an animal skin bag with the legs tied together to form a handle.
The location is noted as western Nuerland, possibly in Nuer Leek territory where Evans-Pritchard spent most of his time in 1936.

There would seem to be three Rolleiflex films identified as no.
8 in the Nuer series, which I have identified based upon differences in the handwritten style of enumerating the number 8 on the print reverses, as well as on visual content.
