Description:
Evans-Pritchard's two Zande servants Mekana (left) and Kamanga (right), who accomapnied him to Nuerland during the early part of 1930. In another image Evans-Pritchard's tent can be made out beyond to the right. Next to them is a pyramid-style bundle of grasses tied together, possibly to be used for renewing hut thatches. The camp is probably located near Pakur village near Yoinyang on the Bahr-el-Ghazal.
