Description:
A number of forked branches planted in the earth in a homestead with objects attached to them - gourds, strips of animal skin etc, as well as what looks like some spears leaning against on post. This may indicate that this is the 'hunting' post listed by Evans-Pritchard in his catalogue of Moro photographs, or possibly a 'magic' post. One man in the homestead beyond looks to be wearing a Zande-style straw brimmed hat.
