Description:
A woman with a gourd vessel on her head and two men, one an elder and the other with a hunting rifle over his shoulder, photographed during the expedition's march along the Akobo river to Pochala. This village was the clan centre of the important Jowatcuaa clan (named after it's lineage founder, Ocala) although it had no headman but prominent clan elders.
