A group portrait of a two deputies of Prince Rikita's court, identified as Ndaura, sitting on a low bench-stool (kitikpara) with a dog below, and Pangua (standing).
Walking past in the background with a cane under his arm is Zungumbia, a son of Prince Rikita.
