Description:
A physical anthropology upper body profile of a group of three Zande men wearing white military auxiliary uniforms with rifles at their sides, standing close to a brick wall as a backdrop. This is evidently an early Seligman slide since the men are described using the archaic term Nyam Nyam instead of Zande. It was probably taken somewhere along the Nile during their first expedition in 1909-10, since they did not visit Zande country in Western Equatoria.
