Looking across a stretch of dry season gardens towards the cattle byres and huts of a section of a village in the distance. To the left can be seen bundles of reeds or grasses, possibly gathered for rethatching of huts. Grazing areas surrounding the villages were fired during the dry season to provide fresh shoots for grazing.
