A man wearing a headband of leather making a length of cord by weaving together strands of baobab (or tebeldi) fibre from a bundle at his feet, drawing the fibre between his toes. He is sitting at the base of the large Adansonia digitata (baobab) tree seen in other images, the source for his string fibre.
